Fabric & Garment Colour |
||
| There is no limitations on colours to be dyed. Customers may:- | ||
| 1. | Send actual colour standards and/or colour swatches; | |
| 2. | Send Pantone colour name(s) and number(s) in Pantone systems such as TPX, PC, TC, PMS etc; | |
| 3. | To choose from our electronic colours systems to be sent in PDF format at the customer's requests. | |
| Tests | ||
| Test can be done by ITS, SGS, BV or the lab of our dyeing house; | ||
| Customers can specify the content of the test including but not limited to: | ||
| Colour Fastness, Dimensional Stability, Yarn Count, Weight, Strength, Anti-pilling, Wicking, Antimicrobial, Colour Shade, etc. | ||
| For orders less than 1000 pcs, the buyer will bear the cost for the tests; | ||
| Sampling | ||
| For circular knitting, minimum quantity for making fabric samples is 20 KG for each fabric; | ||
| For warp knitted fabric, minimum quantity will be 1000 KG unless we have greige fabric available. | ||
| Inspections | ||
| Inspections will be done as per AQL 4.0. An inspection report will be kept and will be provide at request of the Buyer(s). | ||
